CAMP(ING) INFO

Facilities Schlosspark (Campground)
The campground in the park offers electricity, water and toilets, but no showers. A grill (place) is available, whether campfires may be made, depends in the past years in this period of the weather or. The drought. There is a river where you can also swim, right at the park. The park is well suited for campers, caravans, vans, tents and so on. The Camp Tickets to 50 € (b) are per person. There are no day tickets, only total tickets for the camp. There are also cards for the prisoners..

Environment and location
The surroundings of the Loshausen Palace Park invite you to take walks and directly along the park there is also a cycle path (Oberaula – Schwalmstadt). The next larger municipality is Schwalmstadt, there are supermarkets, restaurants etc. In Loshausen itself there is a baker as well as a self-service supplier market (this is a self-service supermarket with small basic equipment). Loshausen is easily accessible by public transport (DB train station Treysa from the Kassel-Frankfurt route)

In the park there are enough old and tall trees and enough space for various sessions in cozy shady places. Jamming can be done around the clock, as long as your camp neighbors do not attack you with frying pans. In the river you can swim or dangle your feet.

The camp and weekend is mostly self-catering.
During the concerts there is catering, i.e. beverage sales, maybe also food providers, for example local bratwurst or the like. On the campground there are no full-day food offers.

The castle park also develops a very special atmosphere in the evening and a small fine stage program will complement the Jam weekend and also make it a concert experience.
